Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

We deliver within 4–6 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Working days are Monday to Saturday — Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

• Shipping Charges — FREE on Every Order
  Delivery is 100% FREE on all orders — no minimum order, no delivery charges, no hidden fees.
• Payment — No Advance Payment
  We operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You never pay anything in advance — no advance payment, no online payment, no booking fee.
• Open Parcel — Check Before You Pay
  You are allowed to open your parcel and check your product before paying the courier. If the item is not what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery on the spot.
• Courier Partners
  We primarily ship via PostEx. Depending on your area, your parcel may occasionally be dispatched through another trusted courier partner. Your tracking number will always tell you which courier is carrying your parcel.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide — to every city and town in Pakistan.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (Monday to Saturday).

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 308 6789484 and we’ll check it for you.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you’re not available when the courier arrives, they will attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us — in that case, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange re-dispatch.
