About Us

AST BUDS (astbuds.store) sells verified mobile accessories — wireless earbuds, fast chargers and cables — across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include all applicable taxes.
Every product page states its stock class honestly: 100% Original (Mercantile QR verified), NFC, or China Original — the label on the product page is the truth. Please read the label before ordering.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you before dispatch — you can accept the corrected price or cancel.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation message.
You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by replying to the confirmation message or WhatsApping us at +92 308 6789484.
After dispatch, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives — including after opening and checking your parcel.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g. stock unavailability). Since we operate on COD, no payment will have been taken.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No advance payment of any kind is ever required.
Payment is collected in cash by the courier when your parcel is delivered.
Open parcel allowed: you may open and check your parcel before paying. Please keep the exact or near-exact amount ready where possible.

Shipping

Delivery within 4–6 working days (Monday–Saturday), nationwide.
Shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimum order, no delivery charges.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

Warranty & Replacement

All products carry a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing faults (see our Return & Replacement Policy for the full process).
Not covered: burnt chargers, physical damage by the customer, water or liquid damage, misuse, tampered or opened products, and change of mind.
No returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Product Use & Compatibility

Product descriptions and compatibility details are provided to help you choose correctly. If you’re unsure whether a product fits your phone, WhatsApp us before ordering — we’re happy to confirm.
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect usage, or use with incompatible devices contrary to the product instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on astbuds.store — including text, images and the AST BUDS logo — belongs to AST BUDS and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
